Our selection is on the UAB Blazers to cover the spread against the Charlotte 49ers on Friday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Charlotte had been ice cold entering the American Tournament, losing seven of it's L9 games of the regular season.

The 49ers did beat Tulane yesterday with good three point shooting. But, it lacks defensively and this is going to be a tougher game of them.

UAB doesn't turn the ball over offensively and beat Charlotte on the road by six earlier this point.

The Blazers don't shoot threes too well. But, their defense is going to do a much better job than Tulane did yesterday and that will lead to a win.

Our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves to cover the spread against the Golden State Warriors on Friday at 10:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Minnesota won by 25 the last time that these teams played each other and that game was without Curry too.

The Timberwolves are off an embarrassing loss against the Clippers and will look to make amends on Friday.

Golden State definitely needs it's star point guard back. It's now lost three straight games and won one of their L6.

The Warriors are also 1-9 versus the spread over their L10 games played at home.

Our selection is on the Delaware State Hornets / North Carolina Central Eagles game to finish UNDER the total on Friday at 8:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Delaware State might have the worst offense in Division One. In fact, it averages 61.4 and that's the lowest mark of any team.

Both the Hornets and the Eagles went to overtime in their respective first round matches yesterday and will be tired for today.

The Hornets have gone UNDER the total in 18 of their 26 games played against division one opponents this season.

NC Central's offense isn't as bad. But, it's a team that doesn't make many three point shots either.

Because this is postseason basketball, we think that this could be an all-time low scoring game.

The UNDER is the play.

Our selection is on the Michigan Wolverines to cover the spread against the Ohio State Buckeyes on Friday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Ohio State barely escaped Iowa in the last round and has pretty much clinched a spot in March now with that win.

The Buckeyes are just 1-6 straight up and 2-5 against the spread over their L7 games played against the Wolverines.

These programs hate each other. But, we think that OSU will ease up a bit and prepare for the big tournament instead.

Michigan was the consensus #1 team in the country before losing to Duke. It's still going to be a #1 seed and we think that it's going to want to win this tournament too.

The Wolverines are 7-1 over their L8 games played in March since last year and are built for this time of the year.

Our selection is on the Edmonton Oilers to defeat the St. Louis Blues on Friday at 8:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

St. Louis played yesterday's game on the road. So, both teams will have to travel for this game and both teams are on the same amount of rest.

The Blues have won just 40% of their games against opponents from the Pacific Division at home this season.

They are also playing way below expectations that they had to begin the season and will have a difficult time gaining ground on the field. Perhaps better off working towards next year.

Edmonton has started to heat up with wins over Vegas and Colorado prior to this double header.

The Oilers have won a lot more when playing against opponents within the Western Conference opposed to the East this year.
