Last night the Widow was on the Phoenix Suns +3 and here is why: Phoenix is the best team in the Western Conference this season with a 9-2 record to open the year. They have score more than 100 points in all 11 games. Houston has overachieved to this point with a much weaker team than their record indicates, and they are coming off a huge win over the Lakers so a letdown here is very likely. The Rockets are a terrible 18-34 ATS (-19.4 Units) after a game where they covered the spread over the last 2 seasons. The Suns are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 meetings with Houston, and the road team is 22-10 ATS in the last 32 meetings. The Rockets don’t match up well with Phoenix, because they cannot run with them. This should be a one-sided game in favor of the red-hot Suns. Take Phoenix and the points.
